About Us

Our Story!

Panchhi was born out of a dream of three sisters to give back to the neighbourhood and bring new life to the house they grew up in. Ages ago, the same building had housed a school, led by their grandfather. Education runs in the family of the founders of the school, through generations. Little voices will again echo through these rooms – now new and modernised. The school is housed in a well-maintained building, with ample space for fun and play.

At Panchhi, children are provided individual attention, with an eye on each child’s particular needs. Academics is obviously the primary focus. At the same time, we take note of innate talent and abilities and hone these to build interest and skills. We also teach and develop their interest in various activities, teaching them to open up their minds and explore the world.

For your child, it is just another home, or – since we cannot aspire to replace YOU, the parent – a playmate’s home. Only, in this home, your child will find new friends, new experiences, new vistas. Your search for the perfect playschool ends here at Panchhi.

Programs

PlayGroup 1.5 - 2.5 years

Children start to explore the world around them as soon as they are born. At PANCHHI, the play group curriculum enables children to continue their exploration.

Early experiences in the first few years of life are critical for acquisition of skills as maximum brain development happens during this period.

The objective of the program is to train parents to help them foster their child’s development by learning and practicing child development through a scientific approach.

Nursery 2.5 - 3.5 years

In Nursery, children are engaged in school readiness activities such as reading, writing, counting, number recognition and problem solving in a fun filled but purposeful manner. Children are encouraged to corroborate their learning through collaborative activities in the areas of dramatics, science and arts.

Junior KG 3.5 - 4.5 years

In addition to age, appropriate activities in Kindergarten are designed, which prepare a child for success in formal schools. Various other activities are conducted in the areas of language, numbers, general knowledge, music and art in a planned manner throughout the program.

Senior KG 4.5 - 5.5 years

In addition to age, appropriate activities in Kindergarten are designed, which prepare a child for success in formal schools. Various other activities are conducted in the areas of language, numbers, general knowledge, music and art in a planned manner throughout the program.
